Impressions from our way to Baucau

On our way to Baucau we passed one of the biggest refugee camps for Internally Displaced People (IDP) which were established after the violences between 2006 and 2008. All IDP camps are supposed to be closed within the next weeks and the relocated families should return to their houses (mainly in Dili). The majority of the 900 relocated families could already go back but there are some 200 left which are "tricky" cases and their return could lead to tensions within the communities. UN and other authorities are aware...
